By using ESIMPY's services, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before using our platform.

1. Definitions
In this document, the following terms apply:
- Customer / You — a user who is logged in and using the services of this platform
- Contractor / We — ESIMPY as the service provider
- Order (Activation) — a request for SMS reception services made by the Customer through the platform
- Electronic Balance — the balance in your personal account reflecting funds transferred for services
- Virtual Number — a phone number provided on the platform for the purpose of receiving SMS
2. Registration & Use
By registering on this platform, you confirm that you are a legally capable individual over the age of 18 and that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Customers may use our services provided it does not conflict with the laws and regulations of their country of residence. Our services are not available to residents of the United States and Russia.
3. General Service Terms
Services available on the platform may be changed, expanded, or updated at any time. Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We reserve the right to send notifications regarding service changes to the email registered on your account.
The Contractor does not guarantee SMS delivery, control over content, timeliness, or availability of virtual numbers, as these factors depend on mobile operators and third-party services.
4. Fees & Payment
Service fees are displayed in the platform interface in credits. Payment is made by topping up your Electronic Balance in your account (prepaid system). The balance is deducted each time an Order is fulfilled based on the price applicable at that time.
Virtual number prices are sourced in real time from third-party providers and may vary without notice. The price shown at the time of browsing is indicative and may differ from the price at the time of activation.
All credit top-up purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been confirmed. Each party bears their own bank and transaction fees arising from payment transfers.
5. Rights & Obligations
Customer Obligations:
- Comply with platform rules and these Terms & Conditions
- Pay for services in accordance with applicable terms
- Not use the services for illegal purposes or in ways that harm others
- Keep your Username, Password, and API Key confidential
Contractor Rights:
- Set platform rules independently
- Suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms
- Modify these Terms & Conditions at any time with notice through the platform
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms & Conditions, without any obligation to compensate for damages that may arise. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 1 year will be automatically deleted and the balance cannot be recovered.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties are obligated not to disclose information received during the performance of these obligations, unless required by law or a lawful request from law enforcement authorities.
