Information about payment methods, security, fees, and procedures for ESIMPY services.

Accepted Payment Methods

ESIMPY supports three payment gateways. At checkout, you will be presented with the available options based on your location and preferences.

Whop — Card payments

Pay with a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, and other major networks) via Whop's secure checkout. This is the recommended option if you prefer paying with a card without managing a cryptocurrency wallet.

NowPayments — Cryptocurrency

Pay with cryptocurrency via NowPayments. Supports 300+ coins including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC), and many more. NowPayments is a non-custodial gateway — funds go directly to the merchant wallet without being held by a third party. See the checkout page for the full supported currency list.

OxaPay — Cryptocurrency

Pay with cryptocurrency via OxaPay. Supported coins include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB, TON, Solana (SOL), Monero (XMR), and more. See the checkout page for the full supported currency list.

Payment Security

All payments are processed entirely by our third-party gateways — Whop, NowPayments, and OxaPay. When you initiate a payment, you are redirected to the respective gateway's secure checkout page where your transaction is handled end-to-end.

ESIMPY's servers never directly receive, process, or store your card details, wallet credentials, or any other sensitive payment information. For cryptocurrency payments, both NowPayments and OxaPay operate as non-custodial services, meaning funds are transferred directly without being held by a third party — no one, including ESIMPY, has access to your private keys.

Transaction Fees

Each gateway has its own fee structure. All applicable fees are shown on the checkout page before you complete your transaction — you will never be charged a fee that was not disclosed upfront.

Whop

  • 2.7% + $0.30 per successful domestic card transaction
  • +1.5% for international cards
  • +1% additional if currency conversion is required
  • Processing fees are non-refundable in the event of a refund

NowPayments

  • 0.5% service fee for same-currency payments (e.g. pay in BTC, receive in BTC)
  • 1% service fee for multi-currency payments (involves an exchange)
  • Variable blockchain network fees apply on top, paid by the sender — these depend on the coin and current network congestion and are not controlled by NowPayments or ESIMPY

OxaPay

  • Processing fees starting from 0.4% — no hidden charges, no subscription fees
  • Blockchain network fees may apply depending on the coin and network activity
  • Fees may be passed on to the payer or absorbed by the merchant, depending on how the checkout is configured

Payment Procedure

All payments go toward topping up your ESIMPY credit balance (prepaid system). Credits are deducted each time an order is placed, based on the price at that time.

At checkout, select your preferred gateway. For card payments via Whop, enter your card details on Whop's secure form. For cryptocurrency payments via NowPayments or OxaPay, send the exact amount shown to the provided wallet address or scan the QR code within the time limit displayed. Your credit balance will be updated automatically once payment is confirmed on-chain or by the respective gateway.

Important — cryptocurrency payments

Always send the exact amount specified and use the correct network. Sending the wrong amount, using the wrong network, or sending a different coin than selected may result in a failed or stuck transaction. NowPayments payments expire if no deposit is detected within 7 days of creation. ESIMPY cannot reverse or recover funds sent to incorrect addresses or networks.

Currency & Conversion

All services are priced in USD (United States Dollar). For card payments via Whop, your bank or card issuer handles any currency conversion at their applicable rate, and Whop may apply an additional 1% conversion fee if the transaction requires currency conversion. For cryptocurrency payments, the equivalent coin amount is calculated at the live exchange rate at the time of the transaction by NowPayments or OxaPay. ESIMPY is not a tax agent and will not provide your payment information to any third party, except as required by applicable law.

Failed & Disputed Payments

For card payments via Whop, if a payment fails, no charge is applied. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or wish to dispute a transaction, please contact our support team first before filing a bank dispute. Whop provides a Resolution Center for handling disputes — going directly to your bank overrides this process and may result in additional fees.

For cryptocurrency payments, blockchain transactions are irreversible by design once confirmed on-chain. If a payment fails due to a technical error (wrong network, underpayment, wrong asset), contact NowPayments or OxaPay support respectively. Recovery is handled case-by-case and is not guaranteed. ESIMPY cannot initiate crypto refunds on your behalf.

Credit Top-Up — Non-Refundable

All credit top-up purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been confirmed and credits have been added to your account, regardless of the payment method or gateway used. This applies to card payments via Whop and cryptocurrency payments via NowPayments and OxaPay alike. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on what is and is not eligible for a refund.
